Forged
Chopped carbon compression-molded under high pressure. The pattern grows at random, deep and meteorite-like — no two panels replicate, every piece is one of a kind.
Forged Carbon. Reimagined.
FiberNexa (Qianxin Guangzhou Technology Co., Ltd.) develops, manufactures and customizes colored forged carbon fiber composites. Under pressure, chopped strands flow at random and the pattern grows on its own — never to repeat. We work from the process side, locking color down through three controlled routes: resin pigmentation, foil lamination and fiber-form control. One-of-a-kind texture that still reproduces batch after batch. Panels, rods, tubes and chopped fiber, for EDC and knife mods, jewelry and fashion accessories, automotive and scale models, 3C electronics and sports equipment.
Why FiberNexa
From matching a single sample to holding texture consistency across a full batch, we get two things right: forging and color. Designers can specify it with confidence; factories can run it again.
Chopped carbon compression-molded under high pressure. The pattern grows at random, deep and meteorite-like — no two panels replicate, every piece is one of a kind.
40+ standard colors across the spectrum, delivered through three routes — resin pigmentation, foil lamination and fiber-form control. The color lives inside the material, not painted on top of it. Custom matching to a color code or a physical sample.
The hard part isn't the first panel; it's making the second batch match it. We seal an approved reference panel, inspect during production and archive every shipment, holding color shift and texture variation inside an agreed range.
Color, texture, size and thickness built to your drawing or sample, with precision cutting, CNC and OEM / ODM. Shipped from Guangzhou through your nominated forwarder.
Products
Size, thickness, color and texture are all built to your drawing or sample. The forms below are our standard range — talk to us for exact specifications.

FN-PLATE
Random, deep-layered surface patterns. Cuttable and CNC-machinable — ideal for knife scales, EDC parts, panels and trim pieces.

FN-ROD
Solid rods with consistent stiffness and an even texture — handle pins, pens and structural parts.

FN-TUBE
Lightweight and rigid — grips, sleeves and weight-saving structural parts. Outside diameter and length to order.

FN-CMF
One-stop customization from color and texture to surface finish — color matching, prototyping and volume production.
Texture Series
From spectral foil to classic forged texture and feather-dispersed ice patterns — repeatable, production-ready carbon fiber surfaces you can rely on.
Series 01
Spectral color fused with forging. An embedded color-changing foil shifts with the viewing angle. Ten signature tones, built for premium products where visual impact matters.
30 timeless forged textures, from essential neutrals to signature metallics
Carbon strands dispersed like feathers — frosty lightness, unique layering
Spectral color fused with forging — color-shifting forged carbon embedded with foil and pigment
Matched to your Pantone code, sample or reference image
Applications
From individual makers to brand factories — from a single ring or pen barrel to a full interior panel. If your product needs carbon fiber that is colored, layered and repeatable in volume, we have a form and a process for it.
Everyday Carry & Knife Mods
Pocket tools, pry bars, fidget sliders and slingshot mods, plus handle scales, backspacers and bolsters for folding and fixed-blade knives — small parts judged on feel, weight and texture character.
Jewelry & Fashion Accessories
Rings, pendants, bracelets and cufflinks, plus watch cases, dials and straps, eyewear frames, buttons and pen barrels — high-recognition surfaces paired with metal and leather.
Automotive & Scale Models
Interior trim, dash and shift panels, plus RC cars, drones and figurine builds — large parts live or die on panel-level color, small runs on how many colors arrive together.
3C Electronics & Sports Equipment
Backplates and housings for phones, keyboards and audio gear, plus bicycle trim, rackets and golf clubs — beyond low weight, a refined surface and supply you can reorder.
How we work
The process is straightforward — what matters is that every stage ends with a physical confirmation, so color never surprises you after mass production.
Tell us the product form, color, texture and quantity. Share a drawing, a color code or reference photos.
We match color and texture to your brief, then send a physical sample for approval.
Once the sample is approved, we issue a formal quotation, schedule production and agree acceptance criteria.
Manufactured to the approved sample with in-process inspection to control batch-to-batch texture and color deviation.
Pre-shipment inspection with photo records, then global logistics arranged with your nominated forwarder.

Send it over and we will assess process feasibility and propose a sampling plan. Approve the sample first, then talk volume — color should never be the risk.
